Abstract:
A new and highly efficient grain milling device, comprising: a base plate (1), a roller means (2), a first filtering means (3), a motor means (4), a first frame means (5), a magnet means (6), a second frame means (7) and a feeding means (8); the base plate (1) is provided thereon with a first through-hole (11), a first support rod (12), a first padding plate (13), a first bracket (14), a positioning rod (15) and a recycle tank (16); the roller means (2) comprises a moving frame (21), a first spring (22), a first serration (23), a first roller (24), a second serration (25), a first lateral plate (26), a first support block (27), a second lateral plate (28) and a second spring (29); the first filtering means (3) comprises a first fixing ring (31), a first filtering ring (32), a first vibrator (33), a first baffle ring (34), a second baffle ring (35), a third baffle ring (36), a first bent rod (37) and a first vertical rod (38); the motor means (4) comprises a first motor (41), a second bracket (42), a first rotation shaft (43), a first rotating plate (44), a first grinding frame (45), a second grinding frame (46), a grinding ring (47), a third lateral plate (48), a second vertical rod (49) and a rotating plate (40). The grain milling device is capable of fast and effective grain milling, featuring high grinding efficiency and a high degree of automation.
