Abstract:
Provided are a new γ-propalanine crystal form and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises steps of: S1: adding a crude γ-propalanine into water to prepare a γ-propalanine solution having an initial concentration of 0.5 to 1.0 g/mL, adding an additive to the solution, warming to 50~80 ℃, and stirring to clarify the solution; S2: evaporating water in the S1 product under reduced pressure at 50 ~ 80 ℃ to obtain a suspension, and then filtering the suspension to obtain a wet product, which is dried to obtain a γ-propalanine crystal form product. The γ-propalanine crystal form product is not easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate, which is convenient for subsequent processing and utilization. The product has a large main particle size, a uniform particle size distribution, a high bulk density, a good flowability, and is easy to absorb and use. The preparation method of the γ-propalanine crystal form is simple, with low energy consumption, and is economical and environment-friendly, and favorable for large-scale industrial production.
