Abstract:
Disclosed is a new single cantilever type box supporting mechanism, the new single cantilever type box supporting mechanism being designed in an integrally inclined manner, and comprising a box supporting cantilever mechanism (1) and a single cantilever adjustment mechanism (2), wherein an air cylinder connecting rod mechanism is mainly used for the box supporting cantilever mechanism, an air cylinder is located on one side of a deflection cantilever rod and is connected to the cantilever rod by means of a connecting rod, and an up-and-down motion of the air cylinder is converted into a swing motion of the cantilever rod, realizing a box supporting action of the mechanism; and with regard to the single cantilever adjustment mechanism, a traditional two-side support structure is changed to a single-side support structure, and for a support side, an adjustment screw is used as a main support point, and a linear guide rail is assisted to be used for secondary support and has the function of posture fixing. According to the box supporting mechanism, a cardboard box can be supported in a working condition where the box is inclined, and can be then transitioned to a horizontal direction, and a horizontal manner can be realized simply by a slight adjustment of an angle of the support structure, facilitating popularization.
