Abstract:
The present invention provides a first generation Ni-based unidirectionally solidifed alloy that contains neither Co nor Re. This Ni-based unidirectionally solidified alloy has excellent TMF properties, excellent creep properties, and an excellent environmental resistance and exhibits an excellent cost performance at a practical level. The Ni-based unidirectionally solidified alloy according to one embodiment of the present invention contains 6-12 mass% Cr, 0.4-3.0 mass% Mo, 6-10 mass% W, 4.0-6.5 mass% Al, 0-1 mass% Nb, 8-12 mass% Ta, 0-0.15 mass% Hf, 0.01-0.2 mass% Si, 0-0.04 mass% Zr, 0.01-0.03 mass% B, and 0.01-0.3 mass% C, with the remainder comprising Ni and unavoidable impurities.
