Abstract:
Provided are: Ni-based alloy powder which is free from cracks and defects, excellent in high-temperature oxidation resistance, and suitable for lamination molding; a lamination molded article using the Ni-based alloy powder; and a manufacturing method thereof. A solution therefor is Ni-based alloy powder for lamination molding, containing Al: 3.5-5.5%, Cr: 0.8-4.0%, C: 0.02-0.06%, Si: 1.0-3.0%, Mn: 1.5% or less, and O: 0.001-0.050% in terms of mass%, the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities, the Ni-based alloy powder being characterized in that Zr included in the inevitable impurities is limited to 0.01% or less.
