Abstract:
A Ni-based superalloy member having a three-layered structure composed of an Ni-based superalloy base, a bond coat layer and a top coat layer, wherein the bond coat layer is composed of an alloy comprising 15.0 mass% or less of Co, 0.1-7.5 mass% inclusive of Cr, 3.0 mass% or less of Mo, 4.1-10.0 mass% inclusive of W, 6.0-10.0 mass% inclusive of Al, 2.0 mass% or less of Ti, 5.0-15.0 mass% inclusive of Ta, 1.5 mass% or less of Hf, 1.0 mass% or less of Y, 2.0 mass% or less of Nb, 2.0 mass% or less of Si, and a remainder made up by Ni and unavoidable impurities. The Ni-based superalloy member having the bond coat layer formed therein has excellent environmental resistance properties including oxidation resistance and high-temperature corrosion resistance, particularly has an excellent thermal cycle life, and is therefore suitable as a turbine blade.
