Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a Ni group superalloy casting material which can achieve corrosion resistance equal to or greater than that of a conventional material while maintaining mechanical properties equivalent to a conventional precision casting material, and which can reduce costs. A Ni group superalloy casting material according to the present invention is a polycrystalline casting material that includes, in mass%, 12.1-16% of Cr, 4-16% of Co, 3-5% of Al, 2.1-3.3% of Ti, 3.5-9% of W, 1-2.4% of Mo, at most 1.2% of Nb, 0.005-0.05% of B, 0.03-0.2% of C, and 0-0.005% of O (exclusive of 0%), with the remainder comprising Ni and other impurities.
