Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a nickel-based superalloy superior to conventional alloys in terms of high-temperature antioxidant resistance and creep properties, and a manufacturing method therefor. Provided according to an aspect of the present invention is nickel-based superalloy casting material superior in high-temperature creep property and oxidative resistance, which comprises, by wt%: 16.6 to 20.0 of cobalt(Co), 15.0 to 17.2 of chrome (Cr), 0 to 2.0 of molybdenum (Mo) (0 exclusive), 7.3 to 10.0 of tungsten (W), 2.2 to 2.7 of aluminum (Al), 2.4 to 3.2 of titanium (Ti), 0.5 to 3.0 of tantalum (Ta), 0.04 to 0.1 of carbon (C), 0 to 0.01 of boron (B) (0 exclusive), and the balance of nickel (Ni) and inevitable impurities.
