Abstract:
Provided are a nitrogen-containing compound and use thereof. Specifically, provided is a nitrogen-containing compound represented by formula I, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, a tautomer thereof, a metabolite thereof, a prodrug thereof, an isotope-labeled derivative thereof, a solvate thereof, or a solvate of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The above nitrogen-containing compound can effectively inhibit the overexpression of KIF18A protein in some human tumor cells.
