Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a nitrogen-doped carbon coated nickel catalyst applied to synthesis of a high-carbon alcohol by assembly of bioethanol, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, taking a soluble nickel salt and polyacrylamide, adding water for stirring, completely dissolving and then drying so as to obtain a precursor, a molar ratio of the soluble nickel salt to polyacrylamide being 1:(0.5-8); and S2, placing the precursor in an inert atmosphere for pyrolysis at 300-800°C for 1-6 h, so as to obtain a nitrogen-doped carbon coated nickel catalyst. According to the present invention, the catalyst prepared by the method has a high-dispersion active phase, and can efficiently assemble small molecular alcohols to synthesize a higher alcohol; moreover, the catalyst has high stability, and can still have a high conversion rate and a high organic phase yield after being repeatedly used 10 times.
