Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a nitrogen-doped graphene-coated silicon-carbon composite material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The composite material at least comprises a silicon-based substrate serving as an inner core and a coating layer serving as a shell, wherein the coating layer comprises nitrogen-doped amorphous carbon and graphene, and the graphene coats the outer surface of the nitrogen-doped amorphous carbon and/or is doped in the nitrogen-doped amorphous carbon. In the present invention, the liquid retention performance can be significantly improved, the expansion of silicon during charging and discharging processes is reduced, the impedance can be reduced, and the cycle performance and power performance of a battery in which the composite material is used can be improved.
