Abstract:
A medicine containing a compound of the general formula (I') characterized in that the optical configuration at the 3−position carbon is of the nonnatural S type, (I') and having an antagonistic effect on an Edg receptor&semi and a medicine containing a compound represented by the general formula (I'), which is the general formula (I') wherein the optical configuration at the 3−position carbon is of the natural R type, and acting on an Edg receptor.
