Abstract:
Disclosed are a NO donor compound, a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition comprising same, and use thereof. The structure of the compound is represented by formula I. The NO donor compound and the pharmaceutical composition comprising same are used as hypoxia-activated NO donors, and can be prepared into a medicament for treating a disease associated with myocardial hypoxic injury. The prepared medicament may exhibit efficacy in cells and animals, and the synthesis method of the compound is simple and easy to operate.
