Abstract:
A node connection structure for a prestressed prefabricated concrete frame comprises a precast concrete column (1), a precast composite concrete beam (2), a composite floor (3), a temporary support (4) provided under a node, a bundle of post-tensioned steel bars (5), a bending-resistant energy-dissipating steel bar (6), and a shear-reinforced high-strength steel bar (7). The precast concrete column (1) and the precast composite concrete beam (2) are connected by means of the bundle of post-tensioned steel bars (5), the bending-resistant energy-dissipating steel bar (6), and the shear-reinforced high-strength steel bar (7). A post-cast layer (22) of the precast composite concrete beam (2) and a post-cast layer (32) of the composite floor (3) are formed integrally by casting. A high-strength gap-filling bonding material (8) is filled in a gap between the precast composite concrete beam (2) and the precast concrete column (1). The bending-resistant energy-dissipating steel bar (6) and the shear-reinforced high-strength steel bar (7) are arranged inside the post-cast layer (22) at an upper portion of the precast composite concrete beam (2). The bending-resistant energy-dissipating bar (6) is positioned above the shear-reinforced high-strength steel bar (7). Also provided is a construction method of the node connection structure for a prestressed prefabricated concrete frame. The node connection structure can be constructed very efficiently and has good shock and progressive collapse resistance, such that reconstruction can be performed efficiently after occurrence of an earthquake.
