Abstract:
To provide a low-cost noise filter with which a noise suppression effect does not deteriorate even when the resonant frequency changes with a temperature change. This noise filter (10) has a noise detecting unit (12) for detecting common mode noise, a cancel signal output unit (13), an injecting unit (14) for injecting a cancel signal, and a grounding capacitor (15). The cancel signal output unit has a filter unit (16) that generates a cancel signal from the common mode noise, and an amplifying unit (17) that amplifies the cancel signal, and the temperature dependency, of the product of the inductance value and the capacitance value of a main circuit unit (20) that includes the noise detecting unit, the injecting unit, and the grounding capacitor, is the same as the temperature dependency of the product of the inductance value and the capacitance value of the filter unit.
