Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a noise shield type external sound detection device for a vehicle, wherein basic noise, such as traveling wind caused by driving of a vehicle or a tire noise caused by road surface friction, are shielded or reduced so that a meaningful external sound generated by abnormal situations, such as a horn, a siren, a sound of crash, a sound of impact, a sound of burst, or a sound of a scream, can be effectively detected. An embodiment of the disclosure provides a noise shield type external sound detection device for a vehicle as an embodiment, the device comprising: a lower base installed outside a vehicle; a sound detection substrate fixedly installed on the lower base and provided with a sound sensor; and an upper cover coupled to the lower base to surround and close the sound detection substrate and having a closed sound transfer part formed at a part thereof, the closed sound transfer part inducing an external sound to be transferred to the sound sensor in a state in which a noise has been removed or attenuated.
