Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide non-alkali glass having a high strain point, low viscosity, high etching speed, and high ease of float molding. The present invention pertains to non-alkali glass of a specific oxide composition, the non-alkali glass having a strain point of 680℃ or higher, and an average coefficient of thermal expansion of 30 × 10-7 to 43 × 10-7/℃ at 50-350℃, the temperature (T2) at which the glass viscosity reaches 102dPa・s being 1670℃ or lower, the temperature (T4) at which the glass viscosity reaches 104dPa・s being 1320℃ or lower, and the mass loss being 3.1 mg/cm2 or higher when the non-alkali glass is immersed for 20 minutes in etching solution.
