The purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell configured in such a manner that the generation of a magnetic field due to the flow of current during use is reduced, and the effect of noise on a hearing aid etc. due to the magnetic field is reduced. This non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell has: a positive electrode plate (20) having a positive electrode core exposure section (21a) formed on the side where the winding of the positive electrode plate (20) starts or ends; and a negative electrode plate (24) having a negative electrode core exposure section (25a) formed on the same side as the positive electrode core exposure section (21a). A positive electrode tab (12a) and a negative electrode tab (13a) are spot welded or cold welded to the positive electrode core exposure section (21a) and the negative electrode core exposure section (25a), respectively, in a plurality of locations. The spot welding points of the positive electrode tab (12a) and the negative electrode tab (13a) are formed in such a manner that the interval between the positive electrode tab (12a) and the negative electrode tab (13a) decreases with increasing distance from the lead-out side.
