Abstract:
The present invention provides a non-aqueous secondary battery that is high capacity, that is favorably safe, and that has favorable load characteristics and storage characteristics. The present invention also provides a positive electrode that can be used to configure the non-aqueous secondary battery. The non-aqueous secondary battery positive electrode according to the present invention has a positive electrode mixture layer that contains a positive electrode active material, a conductive assistant, a binder, and a heat-curing resin that hardens at 150℃-250℃. The positive electrode mixture layer contains, as the heat-curing resin, at least one type of resin selected from the group that consists of bismaleimide resins, phenol resins, epoxy resins, and aryl resins. The positive electrode mixture layer contains 94-99 weight% of the positive electrode active material, 0.5-4 weight% of the conductive assistant, 0.5-4 weight% of the binder, and 0.05-1 weight% of the heat-curing resin. The heat-curing resin is dispersed in the positive electrode mixture layer. The non-aqueous secondary battery according to the present invention includes the non-aqueous secondary battery positive electrode according to the present invention.
