Abstract:
Disclosed are a non-combustible solid wall for an exterior wall of a super high-rise building and a construction method. The non-combustible solid wall comprises supporting beams, a curtain wall mechanism, a masonry wall, an upper fireproof mechanism and a lower fireproof mechanism. The supporting beams are fixed to the bottom face of a structural floor. The curtain wall mechanism comprises a curtain wall body, a curtain wall embedded piece and a curtain wall bearing piece. The masonry wall is fixed above the structural floor. The upper fireproof mechanism is fixed between the upper end of the masonry wall and the curtain wall body. The lower fireproof mechanism is fixed between the supporting beams and the curtain wall body. The technical solution proposed by the present invention has the following beneficial effects: during construction, once the curtain wall body is installed, subsequent construction is carried out indoors without the risk of high-altitude operations. Meanwhile, the curtain wall body is pre-molded and does not need to be molded by means of cast-in-place concrete, which improves the molding quality. In addition, according to the present invention, there are a small number of structural components, construction is convenient, formwork-erecting construction is unnecessary, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
