Abstract:
The present invention provides a non-contact breathalyzer comprising: a body case (110) including a laterally open exhalation inlet (111); an alcohol sensor (120) which senses alcohol particles contained in an exhalation of a subject, introduced into the breathalyzer through the exhalation inlet (111); a distance measurement means (130) installed in the body case (110) so as to measure the distance between the breathalyzer and the subject; a display part (140) installed in the body case (110) so as to display a calculated blood alcohol concentration value according to a control signal; and a microcomputer (150) which performs control to calculate a basic blood alcohol concentration value (A) by using a value sensed by the alcohol sensor (120), compensate the basic blood alcohol concentration value (A) by applying a distance compensation value corresponding to the distance value measured by the distance measurement means (130) to the basic blood alcohol concentration value (A) to obtain a compensated blood alcohol concentration value (B), and display the compensated blood alcohol concentration value (B) on the display part (140).
