In a non-face-to-face health management system using a wearable device and a non-face-to-face health management method using same, the health management system comprises: a wearable device; a communication network; a data server; a monitoring unit; and a data generation unit. The wearable device is mounted or attached to a wearer and collects biosignals and location information of the wearer. The communication network transmits, by wire or wirelessly, the information collected by the wearable device. The data server stores the collected information transmitted by the communication network. The monitoring unit calls the information stored in the data server and displays the information externally. The data generation unit generates statistical data by integrating health status and location information of the wearer on the basis of the stored information or the displayed information.
