Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a non-heat-treated high-strength and high-toughness die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy and a preparation method therefor. The alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: Si: 8.0-10.0%, Mg: 0.1-0.5%, Mn: 0.5-0.8%, Cu: 0.05-0.5%, Ti: 0.05-0.2%, Sr: 0.01-0.05%, V: 0.01-0.1%, RE: 0.01-0.15%, and Fe: <0.2%; the total amount of other impurities being less than or equal to 0.4%, and the remainder being Al. On the basis that Sr modifies and refines eutectic Si, V and RE elements are introduced during preparation, and the eutectic Si structure is further remarkably refined, so that the alloy obtains high-strength and high-toughness characteristics under the condition that the alloy contains a relatively high Si content, and thus the requirements of large vehicle body structural parts for the fluidity, strength and plasticity of the die-cast aluminum alloy material are met. The alloy can obtain, in a die-casting state, a yield strength of 120-160 MPa, a tensile strength of 260-320 MPa, and an elongation of 10-15%, and has the characteristics of high strength and high toughness in a die-casting state, and good die-casting performance can be realized.
