Abstract:
Provided is a non-inductive vector control-based permanent magnet synchronous motor operation control method, which is characterized in that: during motor operation, when a shutdown control signal sent by an external device is received, a microprocessor MCU does not directly execute PWM pulse blocking on an inverter, but continues to output a pulse to the inverter for speed reduction, and constantly detects control signals sent by the external device; during speed reduction, when a real-time operation rotating speed Vi of the motor is greater than or equal to a set rotating speed Vref, the microprocessor MCU re-acquires a new starting control signal, then a control motor approaches a target rotating speed V or target torque T corresponding to the re-acquired new starting control signal from the current real-time operation rotating speed Vi; when the real-time operation rotating speed Vi of the motor is less than the set rotating speed Vref, the microprocessor MCU executes PWM pulse blocking, and shuts down and blocks pulses after speed reduction, so that the torque at a predetermined position of the motor can stably stop a load, thereby avoiding jitter, jerking, noise and the like, reducing current impact and prolonging the service life of the motor.
