Abstract:
Provided is a non-magnetic fine stainless steel processed product that has a tapered tip formed of a stainless steel crystal structure having a crystal grain size of 1 μm or less at the tip of a main body made of fine stainless steel. The non-magnetic fine stainless steel processed product is produced by a production method comprising: a tapered slope forming step in which fine stainless steel is cut diagonally to form a tapered slope; a tapered tip crushing step in which the tip of the tapered slope is subjected to warm crushing of the tapered slope at a plastic deformation temperature of 200-300°C and temperature fluctuations maintained within 30°C to form a tapered tip; and a tapered tip trimming step for trimming the tapered tip.
