Abstract:
A non-metallic soft material feeding mechanism, comprising: a frame (1), an unwinding device (2) disposed at a front end of the frame (1), a cutting machine (3) disposed at a rear end of the frame (1), and a punching plate (31) pairing with the cutting machine (3). A servo gear motor (4) is disposed on the rear end of the frame (1) near the cutting machine (3). A driving synchronization wheel (6) is disposed on a motor shaft (5) of the servo gear motor (4). A driven synchronization wheel (7) is disposed on the front end of the frame (1) near the unwinding device (2). The driving synchronization wheel (6) is connected to the driven synchronization wheel (7) by a synchronization belt (8). Moving holder cylinders (9) are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the synchronization belt (8). A moving holder (11) is disposed between piston rods (10) of the two moving holder cylinders (9). An upper pressing frame (12) is disposed at a rear end of the moving holder (11). A material discharging plate (13) is disposed at a lower end of the upper pressing frame (12). A front end of the material discharging plate (13) is connected to the moving holder cylinders (9). A rear end of the material discharging plate (13) is supported on the punching plate (31).
