Abstract:
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a steel sheet base material containing, in wt%, 2.0-6.5% of Si, 0.1-1.3% of Al, 0.3-2.0% of Mn, and 0.005-0.06% of Cr, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities; and an insulation coating disposed on the steel sheet base material, wherein Expression 1 is satisfied before stress relief annealing and Expression 2 is satisfied after stress relief annealing. Expression 1: 0.1 ≥ [Mn coating] / [Mn50], Expression 2: 10 ≥ [Mn coating] / [Mn50] ≥ 1 (In Expression 1 and Expression 2, [Mn coating] represents the average Mn content (wt%) in the insulation coating, and [Mn50] represents the Mn content (wt%) at a depth of 50 μm into the steel sheet base material from the interface between the steel sheet base material and the insulation coating)
