Abstract:
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a steel sheet base material comprising, by wt%, 1.0-6.5% of Si, 0.1-1.3% of Al, 0.3-2.0% of Mn and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; and an insulation film positioned on the steel sheet base material, wherein the steel sheet base material satisfies the following formula 1 and the insulation film satisfies the following formula 2. [Formula 1] 0.1 ≤ [Mn(1)] / [Mn(10)] ≤ 1.0 [Formula 2] [Fe] ≥ ([Al] + [Mn] + [Mg] / 10 (In formula 1, [Mn(1)] is the concentration (wt%) of Mn at a depth of 1 μm from the interface between the base material and the insulation film toward the inside of the base material, and [Mn(10)] represents the concentration of Mn at a depth of 10 μm. In formula 2, [Fe], [Al], [Mn] and [Mg] represent the amounts (wt%) of Fe, Al, Mn and Mg at the center, in the thickness direction, of the insulation film.)
