A non-reciprocal circuit (100) according to the invention is provided with: a magnetic material board (3); a central conductor (4) arranged on one surface of the magnetic material board (3); a first ground conductor (5) arranged around the central conductor (4); input/output terminals (6a, 6b, 6c) arranged on another surface of the magnetic material board (3); a second ground conductor (7) arranged around the input/output terminals (6a, 6b, 6c); a permanent magnet (1) arranged to be spaced from the one surface and opposed to the central conductor (4); a cap (10) made of a metal having a high magnetic permeability; and a spacer (2) arranged between the one surface and the permanent magnet (1) and causing the permanent magnet (1) to be arranged opposed to the one surface, the non-reciprocal circuit (100) being configured such that: the central conductor (4) and the input/output terminals (6a, 6b, 6c) are electrically connected; the first ground conductor (5) and the second ground conductor (7) are electrically connected; the cap (10) and the first ground conductor (5) are electrically connected; and the permanent magnet (1) and the spacer (2) are arranged in a space surrounded by the magnetic material board (3) and the cap (10).
