Abstract:
A non-silicon defoamer, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof for use in defoaming and antifoaming in an anionic surfactant-rich system. The non-silicon defoamer comprises an acrylate polymer, an organic solvent carrier, a hydrophobic particle, and a defoaming auxiliary. The acrylate polymer is made of the following raw material components: a monomer 1, a monomer 2, an unsaturated blocked polyether, an olefin, a diluent, and an initiator. The defoamer uses the acrylate polymer as a main active material. The monomers are added in a dropwise and stepwise manner, improving the defoaming performance of the acrylate polymer. The defoamer is modified by using the unsaturated blocked polyether, improving the hydrophilicity of the acrylate polymer, and further improving the instantaneous defoaming ability thereof. Additionally, the defoamer is modified by using the olefin having from 6 to 22 carbon atoms, improving the antifoaming performance of the defoamer.
