Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a non-spray resin, and a preparation method and use therefor, belonging to the technical field of modified high polymer materials. The non-spray resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a thermoplastic resin, 0.5-5 parts of a pigment, 0.25-2 parts of a hyperbranched polymer, and 0.1-35 parts of an auxiliary agent, wherein the hyperbranched polymer contains end functional groups. The non-spray resin in the present invention comprises the hyperbranched polymer having end functional groups. The rheological property of the material can be remarkably improved, so that related welding marks and flow marks are reduced. Also, the various end functional groups and the pigment can be subjected to physicochemical bonding, so that the pigment is better dispersed, the compatibility with resin is improved, and aluminum powder turnover is reduced by steric effect, such that welding marks and flow marks are reduced, and the non-spray resin has a good appearance. The effect of being reinforced, toughened and impact resistant can be further achieved, the material has good mechanical properties, and can be widely applied to the fields of electronic appliances, sporting goods, office supplies and transportation.
