Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-stick coating spraying process for a non-stick pan with a protruding-recessed pattern. The process comprises: firstly, carrying out a sandblasting treatment on the inner surface of a pan body blank, wherein the adhesive force between the inner surface of the pan body blank and a coating is increased by means of a sandblasting layer (1), and the durability of a coating film is prolonged; then, spraying a base oil non-stick coating; next, carrying out a polishing treatment on protruding pattern positions by means of sandpaper, such that there is no base oil coating (2) at the protruding pattern positions, and the decorative effect of a protruding pattern is highlighted; and finally, spraying a surface oil non-stick coating on the pan body blank so as to increase the non-stick performance of the protruding pattern positions of a product. A prepared non-stick pan is firm and durable, and the base oil coating (2) achieves a lasting and complete non-stick effect under the protection of a complete surface oil coating (3), such that the problems of protrusion adhesion and of a recess coating being prone to falling off in an old process are effectively avoided, and the problem of a coating being scraped off by a slice is also solved, thereby greatly improving the complete non-stick performance, the service life and the appearance of the pan body.
