Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-volatile storage device (100) which is provided with a variable resistance element and which allows stable operation. The non-volatile storage device (100) is provided with: memory cells (M111, M112, …) wherein the resistance changes reversibly in response to an electrical signal, and that are provided in correspondence to the three-dimensional intersection points of a plurality of word lines (WL0, WL1, …) and a plurality of bit lines (BL0，BL1, …); a row selection circuit/driver (103) provided with transistors (103a) that apply a prescribed voltage to the word lines (WL0, WL1, …); a column selection circuit/driver (104) provided with transistors (104a) that apply a prescribed voltage to the bit lines (BL0，BL1, …); and a circuit board biasing circuit (110) that applies bias voltage in the forwards direction to the circuit board of these transistors (103a, 104a).
