Abstract:
The present invention provides a non-woven carpet and a manufacturing method therefor. The carpet is made of processed cylinder-like non-woven yarn and is made by tufting/tatting/knitting and other processes. The manufacturing method for a carpet surface layer comprises the following steps: S1, slitting a non-woven fabric; S2, twisting and shaping the non-woven fabric strips made in step S1 to obtain cylinder-like non-woven yarn; and S3, manufacturing the carpet surface layer by using the cylinder-like non-woven yarn made in step S2 and adopting tufting/tatting/knitting and other processes.
