Abstract:
A nondisruptive gap adjustment mechanism for a jaw crusher, which solves the problem in existing crushers that the adjustment of the gap between a movable jaw plate (3) and a fixed jaw plate (2) is inconvenient. In use, a control box (23) controls a screw (21) to rotate, the screw (21) drives a driving block (18) to move in the gap between two fixing plates (20), and a driving slope on the driving block (18) cooperates with an adjustment seat (17) to drive the adjustment seat (17) to move towards the movable jaw plate (3), such that the gap between the movable jaw plate (3) and the fixed jaw plate (2) is compensated for. The gap between the movable jaw plate (3) and the fixed jaw plate (2) can be adjusted without stopping the machine, the adjustment is simple and convenient, and the crusher can work more efficiently.
