Abstract:
A normally closed solenoid valve provided with a damper chamber for reducing the vibration of the mover is improved to minimize the entry of air into the damper chamber to thereby stabilize the damping performance of the damper chamber. A cylinder (9) which has one end open and has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the barrel section (6a) of the mover and a piston (10) which is displaced relative to the cylinder (9) by the movement of the mover (6) are provided to the valve housing (2) and the mover (6) of a normally closed solenoid valve in such a manner that cylinder (9) and the piston (10) correspond to the valve housing (2) and the mover (6). This forms a damper chamber (11) between the cylinder (9) and the piston (10) inserted in the opening of the cylinder (9). A restriction flow path (12) for allowing a working liquid within a valve chamber (4) to enter and exit from the damper chamber (11) is provided between the damper chamber (11) and the valve chamber (4).
