Abstract:
A novel aluminum profile cutting machine, comprising a base (1) and a support (2) fixedly connected above the base (1). Through holes (21) and connecting holes (22) are uniformly provided above the support (2); two pressing plates (3) are located right below the inner side of the support (2); two height-adjusting cylinders (4) are perpendicularly and fixedly connected right above the support (2), respectively; fourth connecting rods (5) respectively pass through the four connecting holes (22) and are fixedly connected to the two pressing plates (3); a fuel tank (8) is fixedly connected to the base (1); a control cabinet (9) is mounted on one side of the fuel tank (8); a support means (6) and a compression means (7) are respectively located on two sides of the support (2) and face each other in pair; a cutting means is mounted inside the base (1); a foot switch is electrically connected to the control cabinet (9) by means of a connection wire. The novel aluminum profile cutting machine is simple in structure, and further ensures the verticality of cuts on the aluminum profile and improves the cutting quality while ensuring the safety of cutting.
