Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of construction materials, and in particular to a novel anti-corrosive polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method therefor, the novel anti-corrosive polycarboxylic acid water reducer is formed from performing a polymerization reaction on a small monomer having an anti-corrosion function with an unsaturated large monomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride under the action of an initiator and a molecular weight regulator, thus generating a novel anti-corrosive polycarboxylic acid water reducer having a small monomer having an anti-corrosion function chained to the main molecular chain. The unsaturated large monomer is at least one from among ethylene glycol monovinyl polyglycol ether or 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether. The novel anti-corrosive polycarboxylic acid water reducer of the present invention is an ether-type water reducer having its own anti-corrosion effect. The reducer features good anti-corrosion and water reduction effects, and the novel anti-corrosive polycarboxylic acid water reducer product ultimately obtained is of a stable macromolecular structure, able to tolerate temperatures of 50°C and higher. The reducer thus features better high temperature anti-corrosion performance and features a simple preparation process, and has significant value for real application.
