A use of a hyaluronic acid fragment as an accelerant of human mononuclear cell removal, a use by means of subcutaneous or intravenous injection as an immunomodulatory agent for human lymphocytes and liquid reflux and lymphocytes, and use as a human neutrophils removal inhibitor. The hyaluronic acid fragment is produced by using PH20 for full enzymatic hydrolysis of the hyaluronic acid raw material, and the fragment is able to pass through a 0.22 μm filter membrane with an average molecular weight of 35 ± 8 kDa. Also disclosed are corresponding pharmaceutical uses and a manufacturing method of the described hyaluronic acid fragment, and a method for manufacturing hyaluronic acid fragments having different molecular weights.
