Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medicinal chemistry, and disclosed are a class of biphenyl derivatives having PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitory activity, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. Further disclosed are a composition comprising the biphenyl derivative having PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitory activity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and an application thereof in the preparation of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The compounds of the present invention are useful for treating tumors.
