Abstract:
The present application relates to a lipid compound, which can be used separately, or used in combination with other lipid components such as a neutral lipid, a charged lipid, a steroid and/or an analog thereof, and/or a polymer-conjugated lipid to form lipid nanoparticles for delivery of a therapeutic agent and/or a prophylactic agent. The lipid nanoparticles can be used for delivering nucleic acids, such as messenger RNA and/or antisense RNA. The lipid nanoparticles can be used for preparing a composition for treating and/or preventing a disease.
