Abstract:
The compound according to one embodiment of the invention has a hexaaryl bisimidazole structure and has at least one functional group with a hydrophilic group on at least one aromatic ring that is bound to an imidazole ring of the hexaaryl bisimidazole structure. The composition, photochromic material or interfacial property-controlling agent according to the other embodiments of the invention comprises the compound according to the one embodiment of the invention.
