Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a novel compound derivative and a pharmacological use thereof and specifically to a novel 1,1-dioxo-1,2-benzisothiazole derivative or novel 3-citryl-1H-pyrazole derivatives possessing antiplatelet activity, and a pharmaceutical use thereof. The 1,1-dioxo-1,2-benzisothiazole derivative or 5-amino-3-(1-cyano-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)vinyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile according to the present invention can suppress the activation of glycoprotein (GP) IIb/IIIa to inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby demonstrating potential prophylactic, ameliorative, or therapeutic effects against thrombotic diseases and cardiovascular disorders.
