Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel compound and a pharmaceutical composition containing same for treatment or prevention of transglutaminase-2-related diseases. Being capable of inhibiting transglutaminase-2 activity with significance, a compound according to the present invention can be used as an active ingredient in a composition for prevention, palliation, or treatment of various diseases such as renal diseases and cancers, caused by increased activity of transglutaminase-2.
