Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel compound and a pharmaceutical composition including same as an active ingredient for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound represented by the following chemical formula I; a pharmaceutical composition including the compound as an active ingredient for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis; a method for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis using the pharmaceutical composition; and a food composition including said compound as an active ingredient for the prevention or alleviation of pulmonary fibrosis. In chemical formula I, R is either methyl or ethenyl.
