Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel compound with inhibitory activity against NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2) and a use thereof. The compound of the present invention, an isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has the effect of inhibiting NOX2, and thus can be advantageously used for preventing or treating various diseases caused by NOX2, such as inflammatory diseases, neuroinflammatory diseases, adult respiratory distress syndrome, asthma, fibrosis (liver fibrosis, lung fibrosis, etc.), or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
