Abstract:
A novel degradable hemostatic material and a preparation method therefor. The hemostatic material is oxidized regenerated cellulose loaded with a blood coagulation factor, wherein the oxidized regenerated cellulose has the carboxyl content of 20%-30%, the polymerization degree of 200-400, and the particle size of 50-150 μm, and the mass percentage of the blood coagulation factor in the oxidized regenerated cellulose is 0.1-2%. The preparation method comprises the steps of treatment before oxidation, oxidation, blood coagulation factor complexing, electrostatic spraying, forming, and the like. The method has the advantages of being continuous in process, high in efficiency, and low in cost, and the oxidized regenerated cellulose which is uniform and controllable in microsphere particle size, high in oxidation degree, and strong in hemostatic capacity is prepared. The hemostatic material is suitable for massive hemorrhage and irregular part and organ hemorrhage.
