Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel deuterated PEG lipid compound, a preparation method therefor, and a composition and an application thereof. Specifically disclosed are a novel deuterated lipid compound as shown in formula A and formula B, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or an isomer thereof. Further disclosed are a preparation method, a composition and an application of the PEG lipid compound. The compound, as a functional PEG lipid, is suitable for pharmaceutical compositions for nucleic acid delivery, and can achieve better stability, water solubility and drug delivery efficiency in cells. The structures of formula A and formula B are as follows.
