Abstract:
Provided are a new dielectric material and an electrostrictive material. The dielectric material or electrostrictive material comprises a charge separated-type non-coulombic ionic solid in which complex cations comprising metal elements and ligands are integrated forming cation clusters, the cation clusters being arranged in a closest packing structure with vacancies in which anions are integrated, forming anion clusters.
