Transdermal preparations in the form of drugs for external use such as ointments and creams which contain as the active ingredient SMP-114, leflunomide or pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof. Thus, a novel means of transdermally administering SMP-114, leflunomide or pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof is established.
